They gave little jerk
The British people wanted to produce clerks
So good education was introduced
People were lured or induced

Today job has become important
They want to be officer and not clerk at present
No one wants to be field laborer
Only high position thought to harbor

Dreams are high but efforts are not real
Efforts are less but want big deal
Government offices still walk on same path
Private Enterprise wants labor in sun bath

The angle has changed so the concept
The officers and staffs are alert
Little mistake can cost them job
No one wants to be shunted off

No doubt, the salary is more
But the work is also explored more
The staff is given full freedom under strict rules
They can not sit idle and make others fool

Get the highest sum in return
The honesty and dedication may run
For each award and pay handsomely
The bonus and extra amount is paid lumpsumly
