Support Whole Life Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I promised her to support whole of life
If she wished and joined me as wife
As always happens, she attached some conditions
Before making it final to strengthen the relation

I wished also that she ticks to me all the times
Never go away to any place but near by sometimes
It was binding agreement and we two singed
To stay together with happiness and resigned

She is not only beautiful woman of earth
But like moon needs praise of real worth
I longed to sit hours together before her
As I was over cautious and some thoughts compelled me to bother

I am confident of taking her responsibility
She too has trust in me and knows ability
She will jump upon me and sit on back
As if challenging and putting whole weight at stake

It is her mood and jolly nature
That may decide our complete future
She is simple but elegant and honorable lady
Willing to go extra miles with me and ready

I smiled and carried her on back
She leaned completely and served as whole pack
I had feeling of light weight and quietly enjoyed
She was secretly showing an anger but in real not annoyed

Ladies want to make it sure before committing
That they have bright future and fully shining
There is no let up in love and it is in safe hand
The journey will be happy one till comes to an end

I knew her mentality in secretly testing me
But she was right in believing and felt free
I gave her all kind of assurance and promised
That there won't be any breach or anything will be missed
