Surfin' The Wave Poem by White Tiger

Surfin' The Wave

Rating: 2.8

I went to try
My surfin' skills
To reach the pinnacle
Of ocean thrills

But the waves reached
Their maximum height
I fought very hard
To maintain upright
Then, the board slipped
Under my feet
Causing the wave
To take me deep
And from the foam
I lifted my head
I was beat up badly
But at least, not dead

I found myself
Heading to shore
Where i would ride the wave
Again, once more.

If this happened to me, I would have ended the poem this way: I found myself Heading to shore Where I would ride the wave Never, nevermore!
