Surprised Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Surprised

Surprised

Fetishy, branches
-are wearing head covers
-all the same, white color.

I am an audience
-to enjoy the ballet.

Music is in me
-write, rewrite,
-then trim.

Swan Lake?
-it could be!

All the names are basic
-see the fact in painting.

I give names and delete
-must make it romantic.

"The wisest were trees;
-half awake, half-sleep,
-waited, watched patiently
-coming of spring…

They know that near Pole
-everything can worry
-wise person; let him think:
- "Nothing is steady…"

But poor birds came early
-using beaks for searching.
-They face two problems,
-shelter, and the hunger…

"Winter went, has ended;
-is buried, now, ten days, "
-says the wall calendar.

But dumb is the mankind
-this, too, is one more lie.
