disinformation was spreading like a plague

hot news sells panic sells fear sells
vaccines sell people will pay big bucks
for limited supply medications early supplies;
people know they cannot spend money when dead
people will sent money big money to stay alive
survival instincts are strong stay alive medicines needed;
