Your eyes are so alluring
Your touch is so desired
I can't get the thoughts of you
From out of my head
Time has passed us by
And a year has almost claimed us
And yet my heart still calls out
And yet I miss you so much
Each day away from you tears me up
Each time you leave, I shed a tear
So love still lingers here
And temptation is growing stronger
You were everything to me
And yet your hearts gone
From time to time you vanish
And from time to time I see you
And each time makes me realize
How much I still love you
And how much I still want to be with you
Though it seems our paths for now
Are destined in different directions
My heart still holds on tight
To the thoughts of us becoming one
And you becoming mine once more
That day I will be blissful
No sadness running in my heart
And that day I will embrace you
And never let you leave again
But for now, I'll sit back and wait
Wait in the shadows, so distant and cold
Wait until the time is right
For us to finally have eternity
