Tagore Song (267) It Is Better That Way Might Not Know Me, Going Far You Will Create Sorrow

(sei valo sei valo, amare nahoi naajano)

It is better that way might not knowing me
Going far you will create sorrow,
Why decorating shy near me
In my intoning spring season
Shadowing bamboo forest became sweet
Let the scent-adorned union-forest be here
I covertly saw emotion-game in your eyes
Saw waving saree, random hairs in storms
Talks we didn’t have is stored in my mind
My flute rings bearing the unspoken zeal
