Tagore Song (#44) Thy Flute Rings In Thunderous Tone Poem by Tushar Ray

Tagore Song (#44) Thy Flute Rings In Thunderous Tone

(Bojre tomar baje bansi seiki tomar gan)

Thy flute rings in so thunderous tone
This cannot be an easy song
I wish to wake up soon as I hear
Oh I beg to offer me that kind of ear

With ease, I won’t be happy anymore
Want to be covered by Thy roaring-tone
Where death keeps the deathless concealed
So bless me for intoning the roaring
With my joyous heart-string
Those thunderous music Thou sing
Making the ocean dance in every direction

Please detach me from my luxury
And help me going in-depth
Where amid those agony and pain
Happiness of mind prevail
