Why cant you accept me?
Accept I am a person.
I have feelings too.
Just like you.
I hurt too.
Just like you.
I still feel.
Even though I hide it.
I still feel.
Take me for who I am.
Stop hating me.
Cuase Im not like you.
I have my own mind.
Take me for me.
Im not gonna change.
For you or any one else.
Im a person to.
I feel and hurt the same.
Just like you do.
I am a person.
Im still a person.
No matter what I do.
Or different ways I have.
Im still a person.
Please stop juding me.
Take me for who I am.

This is so true Amy. We are all different from each other, and definitely different from our parents. People who judge other people, are just very insecure so they need someone to focus on. This is a very true, sad, emotional and heartfelt poem from your soul, Amy. I really enjoyed reading it. Barbara
