Take The High Road

Is there a right or wrong way, to act out this life every day,
Or is it just a mind game, others want to control so they,
Make up stories, saying you should live a certain way,
We are each different, never criticizing, each other,
During this stay.
Everyone has a different schedule, our inner personal,
Talents, we are to bring out, and share with others,
Along the way. There is so much physical, and mental,
Challenges, from our first to our last day,
If it wasn't for our personal ambitions, it would,
Be easy to just sit around, and waste hours, of this life,
Everyday.
Names change, over the years, the game still the same,
What you use to call gangsters, are known as politicians today,
With tax's we pay for security, they run the liquor, gambling,
Marijuana, amazing how everything, illegal, and bad for your,
Health, is ok, when they receive the pay.
As we are all different, you cannot compare, with a certain number in age,
If you do, follow the most active and creative, confidence in yourself,
We are our own experiment, we only have so much time, during this stay,
No certain lifestyle is a guarantee, to give you more days,
Take the high road, have fun, smile every day!
