This is teardrop island
a thousand miles of ocean
drowns out each teardrop
a thousand miles of desert
drowns out each ocean
in teardrop island.

I passed teardrop island
I live in teardrop desert
where the waves
can't say how much they hurt
they hurt bad, buried in the sand
of teardrop island.

It's a very remote island
click the channels, there's no stations
there's no channels in the sea
where warm water and cold cycle
to bring life to the abyss
of teardrop island.

Dolphins circle, try to save me
they're just killer whales
and sharks with life vests
and taunting grins
throw me 'Life Savers'
on teardrop island.
