Tears - Poem by deepika sharma

The drops pristine
mostly never seen
in those speaking eyes
the eyes so keen

they come sometimes
when the days go grey
or sometimes, even when
its hard to pray

sometimes they mean
the happiness within
sometimes own
sometimes kin

they show what even
no words could say
neither lovers could
nor poets may

something that stays always near
no not your peer nor your dears
but yes what stays is your own tears
