Tears In The Poet's Eyes

I will fill the hearts of those who are deprived of hope,
I will light smiles on the lips of those who are alone
Whose nights scream with nightmares of pains and tears.
For I have known all of them,
My words shed tears.

And when darkness has vanished
All eyes blaze forth the exuberance of this blessed creation,
I shall sit on my bed of simple straw,
Amongst the stars and the serene moonlight,
Shall spin endless strains of hope and faith in the Creator.

How strange are the fireflies, drunk in their dreams of light,
Love andsacrifice
And surrender,
Self- immolation into the eternal glory of light.

I shall on my old banjo, string soft notes of music
To the festivals of twinkling lights in the dark sky.
Who knows of what stuff is dream made of?

Not all dreams are dreams one wants to dream of.
Some scare, others terrify, pushing you to the limit of collapse
And leave your brow with unwanted bath of hot sweat.

Life is not equal to every one,
Some get less
Others get more,
Some get trials and tribulations,
Others skids through with ease.

Perchance in this life, I shall find my dream.
It will be my dream,
The one I spin with love in my heart,
Strength and peace.

One that will rise from the ash of all my pain and despair.
My own,
My very own.
Perchance back into that dream
I shall make everybody's dream whole.
