Tears Of The Sea Poem by Manager Poet

Tears Of The Sea

Tears of the Sea

I've recently read sea glass is sometimes referred to as 'Lucky Tears.'
To create the final product, the ocean, like life, works not in days, but in years.
Items, even people, deemed no longer useful by men end up in 'Life's' great sea.
Bottles, jars, plates, and other glass make up this world to a great degree.

Each piece, like you and me, has a story to tell if we would only take time to listen.
Making time to listen, the glass and people will certainly begin to glisten.
Consider the randomness of the tear's color, shape, and beauty.
Finding a match to design ear rings is every beachcomber's duty.

Remember we are all beachcombers on this beach we call 'Life.'
We sometimes avoid relationships that on the surface may cause strife.
Life and the ocean tumbles and smoothes the rough edges away.
So enjoy your 'Lucky Tears' and that special person each and every day.
