Teddy Bear Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Teddy Bear

Rating: 2.7

Upon the briers of LA
Little girl with golden hair
Cries

Father like J D Salinger
Dali loved Spain
Noble Spain with silver hearts

Your life is a painting
Abstract sky, clouds like Vermeer
Her soul twisted in the river

The world is cruel
She is like a vendetta
I am the naïve angel

She comes into my arms
She wonders who is mother
I wished I could give her a teddy bear
