Telling Lies Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Telling Lies

To tell a lie is not a lie
Nor is the lie a truth
Simple little tiny lies
Are made by foolish youths

Why oh why tell a lie
The secret must shine through
Only lies to cover lies
Are told when in a stew

Like the little boy who always cried, 'The Wolf'
When the lies are set aside no one believes in you
Little lies become big lies, so this is what you do
Always be the honest kind and always tell the truth
