Temporary Setbacks Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Temporary Setbacks

Those who do not share their ills,
Or bills they pay to survive their lives...
And without the aid of charm or flattery.
Are the ones more than likely to be,
Freely expressing their blessings with grace.
And even though an attitude with mood may show,
They are quick to get over temporary setbacks.
And always seem willing to present gratitude.
