Ten Times Better! Poem by Deidre Dixon

You are a child of the King, so you operate in a different realm than others.

You can't do what those who don't serve the same God do, my sisters and brothers!

You have to make up in your mind that no matter what is going on around you, you will serve the King of Kings!

When you do this, you don't even have enough room to receive all of the favor and blessing that it will bring.

If you would be willing and obedient, you can become a "10."

If you want to know what this means, take your spiritual ear and lean in.

Turn your attention to Daniel and the three Hebrew boys.

They were in a position where they might have to compromise, but they stayed poised.

Instead of eating from the king's table full of delicacy that was set before them,

They decided to fast, only eating that which came from God and serve Him!

When the time had passed and they had to go before the king, they didn't know whether.....

The king of the land was going to punish them or not, but instead he found them ten times better!

They found favor with the king because of the fast.

They had gone to the "goodwill" of the Father that causes favor to last!

The king found that they were stronger, smarter and promoted them all.

Promotion doesn't come because of where you are, but who you are, so stand tall.

Stand on your faith, trust God and begin to give Him praise!

If you want promotion in your life, remember to praise him all of your days!

When you need Him to do something for you, be willing to sacrifice til it comes to pass.

Those who are hungry will follow this principle and fast.

Make up your mind that you are going to serve God no matter what the weather!

When you do this, your life will be ten times better!
