To John and Julie

Thank you for sending me the birthday gifts.
My age is reaching two times thirty four.
My longevity is the grace of God.
Any day my age can bring me "closer to earth, further away from sky".
Fortunately I have your lovely mother.
She tends our love like a rose garden, day and night.
Many happy days together, she wears her happy smiles.
Spring is here again, happiness in the air is rising high like a kite.
Another year has just passed.
Thank God for our blessings all these days.
I love you and miss you both every day.
I wish both of you filled with happiness
And your best love for each other.

Tặng John và Julie

Cám ơn con đã gửi quà
Tuổi cha vừa đúng hai lần ba tư.
Tuổi cao ơn đức nhờ Trời
Tuổi cha "gần đất xa trời" như chơi.
May thay có mẹ dễ thương
Đêm ngày chăm sóc vườn hồng tình yêu.
Đời vui, sáng tối cười nhiều
Xuân đem hạnh phúc như diều lên cao.
Một năm nữa đã trôi mau
Cám ơn Thiên Chúa những ngày đã qua.
Thương con vẫn nhớ từng ngày
Chúc con hạnh phúc, yêu nhau thật nhiều.
