You left me in perfect time
When the spring was making
Love to earth; impregnating it
With vivid colors and fragrances;
I was overjoyed
I did not miss you
For what you would have
Given me
I received it from the spring
The feeling of ecstasy
Sleeping under a tree with eyes
Closed
Leaves falling and caressing
My face
Like you used to do with your fingers
And the cool wind passing over my body
Kissing my chest and chin
That was love for me
When feeling alone without you
I did not miss your love
