Thanksgiving - Day Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

It is an opportunity
to pause and reflect
on the blessings
God has given us.

This year, especially with
the pandemic, economic
uncertainty, the U.S. election,
and plenty of other challenges,

we need to remind ourselves
of God's blessings in our lives.

That way, as the Psalm says,
we can be filled with
thanksgiving and joyful song.

("Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving.
Let us shout joyfully to Him with songs."
Psalm 95: 2) .
