We have known of their covert activities.
And have been monitoring them for years,
To insure their threats against us...
Are kept at a minimum.

'That's great news.
Now explain a lost investment of trillions of dollars,
At the expense of those who have been innocent...
With the sacrificing of their lives,
And those standards valued never to be revived?
As tons of money is continued to be spent,
Protecting 'our' interests.

Do you mind explaining to us,
Who do your refer to as 'our'?
And those interests protected belong to who?
Specifically? '

That uncertainty is still being discussed.
But we trust you will maintain your trust in us,
As we further agree to deceive you with excuses.
