dear lord, what have i done?
if only this had not begun
i was foolish and failed to see the lies
please hear my prayer, my cries

i'm sorry i betrayed my parent's trust
i thought i was in love, but in reality it was lust
i almost ruined my life, my plans
all because of this one guy, who isn't even a man

i wish i could take it all back
my problems just continue to stack
i'm tired of disappointing everyone
