you say you love me, but you cant stand some of my traits
i dont understand why you love me, when you should hate
its impossible for us to agree
and yet i love you, and you still love me
on life i have a pessimistic view
you dont like it, but you dont know the pain i go through
everyday wondering what will come
you say i have been running, but the question is, what from?
you say let go of my past
you tell me that my pain and suffering will not last
what will become of us? are we meant to be? are we fate?
can we save our love? or is it too late?
i like the both sides of the poem, his and yours very nice (great poem)
this is a very cool and artistic poem. keep more comming
I think this is a great poem. It's easy for most people to relate to, especially the second verse: it's so easy for people to assume you're okay when they see you smiling on the outside, when you're dying on the inside. Check out my poems 'I hate' and 'Imagine' I'm sure you'll relate. Poet name: Tatyana 'Churlish Cherub' Almeida.
