Man is primarily a beast. A well dressed intelligent beast.
No matter how much man evolves, he would still remain a beast. Beastliness in his genetics. He never can undo that imprint. This is why his beastliness will continue to sabotage his endeavor to become a "kind man".
Hypothetically, if man is ever able to undo his beastliness, then man would not stay man. He would be something else.
Does this mean- man should give up his dream to be a better man? Of course not. Man must turn his beastly desires into something more beautiful. If you see a beautiful woman on the street and want to touch her; you would be in trouble. But you can certainly touch her in a poetry or in a painting. And that is beautiful, that is divine.
Here lies the power of man to turn himself into a divine existence. And this is how man is superior to other animals. Man has mountain size challenge. But he has sky size creativity to turn bad into good. Man must know this strength, and this weakness.
