The Beginning Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

The Beginning

Rating: 4.5

Inside a female
darkness,
stirring unmated,
Inconceivably lonely,
half a child
unmet
and out of wedlock.

Alone,
white hot,
waiting to be
fused...
ovulating
alpha,
stirring innate.

Young maid
running through
a field of waiting
corn coloured poppy red,
bed of soil
toil escaping,
now grown
the harvest.

Master youth.,
truth of nature...
conceived.

Intriguing and curious poem about a state of being in preparation for a vast change and a leap into the future. Life focused.
