The Best Intentions Poem by james watkin

The Best Intentions

Daily waking, within them
These husks of normalcy
For poor seeds, piffling good will's
Lurks a nobility;

For what's to shadow, in time
More redwoods', over Earth
Angels not birds, around sing
Of everlasting worth.
