Is killing most of us
When nobody knows why
The big 'C' is taking away our relatives and friends
When nobody knows why
The big 'C ' is the most destructive
It is a silent killer
Our lives are much shorter now
Because the big 'C' is very destructive
To many the big 'C' is as common cold
We got to do good and pray God for protection

And nobody knows, ' Why? '
