The Charcoal Drawing Poem by Paul Warren

The Charcoal Drawing

Rating: 5.0

Vertical lines drawn freehand
Even pressure is at his command
Continues top to bottom straight
As each line appears he contemplates
Being partof the whole drawing being made
It records his latest escapade
In charcoal each line has meaning
Of that day of memory so full of feeling.

The subject matter appeals, making the drawings become real in the mind. Nice poem of feeling. QtR
