The Cheat Poem by The Muse

The Cheat

Rating: 5.0

He has to wish his ladies every morn
He has to kiss them goodnight too
He loves to listen to their chatter
And create dark matter

He then adds a spoon of yearning
And stirs them up so well
Within a year of churning
Out they come all swell

He chooses and he picks
The choicest of the miss
He senses their longing
And doesn't stop wronging

Depressed, dependent fools
They have been addicted to his rules
A hello there and goodbye here
And they are over the moon
