Sandra, this poem sent me into an emotional melt down. Brilliant writing and it leaves such a powerful message to help people who are more unfortunate than we are. Christmas can be so sad for some people. 10 love Karin

Wow, so great in poetic heights, Great shows with frozen hearts Hypocrisy to life imparts. Dogs of the rich are fed on milk Wrapped in velvet clothes are glad But starving children cling to Mother's breast in chill unclad.

Sandra, I know what you mean, I was that little boy, but I lived, and intend to tell my stories to all who'll listen. Heartbreaking to know that little children are deserted every day in this world and many die. Some live, but of thosemany choose not to tell their stories because people refuse to acknowledge the cruelty of man. Good Job

Aww gee. This reminds me of something terrible. I have seen photos of victims of the Holocaust, with beatific smiles on their faces; and they may have weighed all of 60 pounds; it was so horrific, and yet they died smiling, and truly that was the only beautiful thing I could see about their death, but somehow it seemed like some grace; at least something; as they were human beings, and no one could ever deserve the deaths we die down here; but to die with a smile, seems like a slight blessing even if everything else is hopeless. Even though no one should ever have to die like that, it looked as though they had peace at last in death. Wonderful story in here, to remind how precious our fellows really are. thanks Sandra (smile)
