The Day The Words Won'T Come - Poem by chanda panda

One day the words won’t come to me
I just know it
This is my destiny
To one day wake up
And stare into this blank screen
Abysmally
Staring
Staring
Staring
Oh damn the day that ever happens
I might as well go to sleep and never
…wake up

    c.p.
Got a chuckle out of this
Don't know how many times during a
creative lull I've worried the same thing.
    Cute little poem.
    Anyway,
    Tom

Keep writing. Every day. Every single day. Then you won't forget the words. (Report) Reply
