*the Eagle's Scream Poem by Lillian Susan Thomas

*the Eagle's Scream

Rating: 2.7

The eagle's scream
Above the lake
Forms a round sound wave
That slices through the air
As a bamboo boomerang
Might flutter and return
And as that cry wings its way
Across the expanse
Between mountain and mountain
Its echo follows,
Nestling in the curve of the arc.

Ohh, this is lovely! Perfectly descriptive yet simply stated. It flows like water!
