The End Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

The End

Rating: 5.0

The End

When death came knocking
Did it find you rocking
Mocking
Or talking
In the middle of laughter
Or after

Did it find you in the shower
Early in the hour
Did you cower
No power
Shocked
Stroked

When death came home
Where you alone
Did you phone
To atone
Save face
Confess

When death comes to me
Drowning in sea
Or poison in tea
I'd be free
Dead.
The End.
