Don't watch news of any kind. In the USA, one trustable source which is realistic not negative. I get down, too..but I do not function well Under mass craziness. Music, prayer and getting centered help. I toss my negative poetry out. Does that make sense? God decides when the world ends, I think. These are not easy Times but don't come close to end times.
