The Envy Of The Poor

The envy of the poor
was listened to
for he had learnt while lucky,
to disdain,
to bury fear,
and to give hope
to those who maintain there's none,
with his
'go by day',
'take the longest way',
'be true to love',
'convert love as it starts to cease', and,
'after the end is the only peace'.
