The Extinction & The Future - Series 1 - Poem by Livingston David

the Extinction & the Future - series 1

we've dumped indecomposable,

compost the word now extinction.

hybrid vegetables, fruits & flowers

shortening extinction's list & number.

flourishing anew origin nascent beings

extinction gave phrases & idiom's

' dead as a dodo' meaning

undoubtedly and unquestionably dead

'to go the way of the dodo' meaning

to become extinct & thing of the past.

suppose birds are in extinct list

suppose trees and plants too.

suppose no flowers, no fruits!

suppose no burger, no hot dogs!

starvation suppose to be!

Moto restaurant's printed foods,

burgers & salsa printed in papers,

To be food, to be eaten my future.

suppose to fill starvation pits.

sling shots purifying ditch water!

suppose to be over extinction!

employ wise attitude to save,

given not address to extinct,

develop gratitude to give,

future needs unselfish mob.

save, give and let live!
