The Family Vacation Poem by Mick williams

The Family Vacation

Rating: 5.0

My family and a familiar face
Likes to play games
We retreat to the dungeon
Of old games
To remove all cobbwebbs
I feel cheated for my labor
Embarassed by my pleasure
Now full of anger
I exit the scene
Now at the car
A trade for something new
A bothersome insect
Drives me to rage
But I do nothing but control myself

Controlling self as not to hurt a creature that does nothing but try to survive let aside human bother.. the sweet doing nothing playing games, yes sounds so old and ancient times but a with touch of sweetness one happy moment of my childhood came to find.Thank you for share, let me know when you write more,10
