The Father, Son And The Holy Ghost Poem by Randy McClave

The Father, Son And The Holy Ghost

The Father, Son and the Holy Ghost
They are my spiritual host,
In my thoughts and prayer, my faith is there
To which of my salvation, I proudly boast.

Though the celestial being of the Godhead
I now hold no worries or fear or dread,
As the snow is the rain, the three are the same
They are my wine, and also my bread.

They are the holy triune
They created the stars, the heaven, and the moon,
Then they created man, as their greatest plan
Upon my heart, it praises a sacred tune.

The Father knows where I have been
So, the Son he died for my sin,
The Holy Ghost of the trinity, enters and then redeems with divinity
He promised me that I would live again.

When in the book of life my name is ready to post
I will be saved, and I will solemnly give a toast,
I will fall down to my knee, I will thank and praise all three
The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
