The Fellowship Art Of Poetry Poem by Terence George Craddock

The Fellowship Art Of Poetry

it is good to know you are still active
in the fellowship art of poetry Pranab
to hear from you feels like the unexpected
joy of hearing from an old friend after years

of no news silences yes the poet may die
while the poem endures therefore eventually
a time must come when a poet must take
responsibility make a little time take more effort

to write a few definitive words heartfelt;
upon issues events emotions crisis which permeates
the age within which the poet lives past

wisdom wise words written are still important
the world screams for meaning explanatations
truth insight within this time of immense change

interaction between humanity; new intelligent technology;
an age of reason slips into an age of deception manipulation
attacks on freedom of speech; the justice right of expression;
it is time to reveal truth hidden behind smoke mirrors veils

people with beliefs noble inspiring or base condemning;
sow a new reality born tomorrow in all world cultures
countries a few poets writers musicians will take words;
try to sing wisdom compassion love morality intregrity

into a tomorrow yet to come; which song by you will be sung?
