The Fire Poem by Paula Glynn

The Fire

When I look at you,
The flames of passion ignite,
And I burn up in the heat,
As we touch each other,
Under the sheets,
Of our kingsize bed,
Where our legs we do spread,
In desire,
Touching each other to the core,
This is a love I cannot ignore.
We are two stallions,
Riding through the night,
Where our dreams of true love,
Take full flight,
Towards the break of day,
As a new life begins,
And to music in our dreams,
We do sway.
This is a fire,
That shall last for all of eternity,
This love is true,
This love was made for me and you.
