The Flakes Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

The Flakes

Rating: 5.0

The flakes

White flakes of snow
-are nymphets
-lingering by brooks
-and in air, everywhere;
-playful they hover.

Seem young girls,
-in their hairs flowers,
-white, yellow, shades of red
-Jasmin to tulip in bouquet of roses.

They, flirt as stare
-they blink while hover
-fall dancing, run away.

Anxious, eyes
-heart throbs
-lust lasts as desire.

They escape
-as do the dandelions
-in a late spring or summer.

Oh flakes
-with your dance
-I become unconscious…

Such a sweet and beautiful poem. So rightly mentioned, snowflakes are beauties. Deserves 10.
