Millions miles of clock thence
We stand here waging wars
Raising sons and roses
Writing incessant poems
On parchments of skins
We have used up all blood
Id, intellect and fertility

And I love to read stories
Of sons and roses scribbled
On the taut parchment of skin
Through the light of the sun
That rises from East

Meek flicker of my love
A humble submission to
The Light that my Lord is
