The Foreign And The Forgotten Poem by Salem AlBurak

The Foreign And The Forgotten

What started off as a delightful evening
Came to an end of me leaving
Leaving for all I had and all I loved
Leaving to seek adventures from above

Day by day I passed away
Thinking of those who used to love
Not knowing who I was
Left me in blank despair
