The Four Seasons Poem by Ben Coomer

The Four Seasons

Rating: 4.0

what started as springs splendid spark less than a year ago
grows into a raging fire to burn away april showers
an ember shown through my very core
with the heat a thousand suns could not contain
you melt my troubles away
but leave burns from summers harsh rays
a refreshing glow as i lay in the autum breeze
then you leave my heart in winter to freeze
i cant stop you from leaving my side
nor can i stop the four seasons from passing by
but i can hope you turn back one day
so i wait for spring to come again
i hope in this fozen tundra you left me in

Nice. Good comparisons, good imagery. Good job!
