The Girls Poem by Rahman Henry

The Girls

Rating: 5.0

Plants
In an open nursery—
No fence, no guard: unprotected;
Can't move and unable to protect themselves.

Where cattle are free of chains and enjoy every freedom;
And, here, to ensure immortality, the rulers prefer cattle to plants.
