The Golden Gates Of Your Heart Poem by Mohammad Younus

The Golden Gates Of Your Heart

The golden gates of your heart—
the paradise true,
Open wide, always, for the lost.
No human sacrifice or intercession
Can atone your sins;
You'll be devoured by them
Unless you repent and return.
Seek yourself—this mends and repairs.
No one waits with open arms
To take you to paradise
With sins around your neck—shackles—
Reaching your chins—your heads
weighed down

Run to I Am, for I Am alone is—
your true savior.
Knowing I Am is the only truth,
Reuniting you with the source you've lost,
Free from the pain of separation's illusion.
All of your tears, I Am will wipe away,
And knowing I Am is God,
Forever, you'll be in paradise.
