The Guilt I Must Carry Poem by sandy nobody

The Guilt I Must Carry

when i was 6 i smoked my first cigarette
when i turned 9, i will not say
my life changed forever
was all downhill from that day

when i was 10 i had my first drink
at 11 helped steal my first car
at 13 got my first probation
14 smoked my first joint,15 my first bar

things kept getting worse
as the years kept going by
wasnt going to be long
till i would die

but

i grew up
wanted to live
so went away
learned not to take but to give

but

i left 1 hell for another
i got married
it took another 20 years
to break free
now guilt i must carry

to all iv done wrong
please forgive me
