The Heart Of The Ocean Poem by Ghost Legend

The Heart Of The Ocean

I can see things clearer in the night time
Shadows approaching
Truths inside her eyes
Hands grabbing
At us in the moonlight
I see how we're drifting
Apart,
And her's are still dry

Sometimes this ocean between us isn't romantic
Gettin' really cold, and she's off her door hinge
Not to panic, but do you see that Titanic?
It's not nonsense,
Where did you get that diamond?

Seems to weigh you down, those lifeboats
I can't get on, deadman's float
I didn't need to see you push me off
I accepted it all and tossed myself
Out
Held long enough till I can't feel the frost now

You say you love me? Save yourself
Let me go
You say they got you
Then, let me go
I care about you
They care about you

I care about you
You say they care about you

I can see things clearer in the night time
Shadows approaching
Truths inside her eyes
Hands grabbing
At us in the moonlight
I see how we're drifting
Apart,
And her's are still dry
