That hermitage where my divine resides,
ancient and still,
its silence swells like a tide—
vast and eternal,
its foundation a wondrous design,
a mystery—strange, yet wholly mine.
Here, the divine breathes unseen,
its presence woven into the fabric of being.
Whispers bloom like ancient lore,
carried on the winds of this timeless store.
Scents of old entwine with echoes,
secrets lingering—
some revealed, others withheld,
suspended in the air.
Within this hermitage, shadows stir—
traces of the self, reflections of light,
cloaked in the essence of the eternal.
It is vast, boundless,
unshackled by time or space,
where the echo of immortality
whispers softly, promising triumph.
And so, I remain within this hermitage,
knowing the wilds beyond
are not my home.
For what lies outside
cannot rival this sacred refuge—
this hermitage,
my eternal dwelling.
